RCSI has established a Court of Examiners to acknowledge the essential contribution made by our examiners to the achievement of the College's mission: 'to educate, nurture and discover for the benefit of human health'.

RCSI Court of Examiners Panel

Court Members assist in the delivery of RCSI's postgraduate surgical examinations: the Membership (MRCS) and the Fellowship (FRCS) Examinations. New members are firstly invited to become MRCS Examiners and, after holding this position for a period of time, are invited by the Court of Examiners' Executive Committee to become FRCS Examiners.

The Court was established in June 2014 and it has been very successful in increasing the profile of postgraduate surgical examining at RCSI.

The College invites applications from our Fellows to become Court Members. In order to start this process, Fellows are invited to complete the MRCS Examiner Application form and return it to
