Re-entry visas

If you are a visa required national residing in Ireland with a valid permission to remain, you will need a re-entry visa to return to the State if you leave for a short period.

GNIB registation

It is a requirement for non-EEA students who intend staying in Ireland for more than 90 days to register with the Garda National Immigration Bureau (GNIB).  For full details of the registration procedures and document requirements, please click here.
