About Inspiring Excellence Honourees:
Dr Mohammad Al Redha, RCSI, Medicine, 2003 & RCSI Dubai, MSc, 2007
Dr Mohammad Al Redha is the Director of The Executive Office for Organizational Transformation in Dubai Health Authority. His team is mandated to execute the DHA 2021 Strategy which includes 15 strategic programs and 97 healthcare initiatives across the entire Dubai healthcare spectrum.
His passion for technology implementation in healthcare drove him to complete a research fellowship in clinical informatics at Harvard Medical School in Boston, USA. He is a member of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Programme for Leadership Development - Young Leaders.
Shaikha Dr Alia Humaid Al Qassimi, RCSI Dubai, MSc, 2008
Shaikha Dr. Alia Humaid AlQassimi MBBcH, Msc HCM, CCIO is an Obstetric & Gynaecologist, specialising in Aesthetic & Functional Gynaecology. She is also a Social Development Expert for the Community Development Authority of the Dubai Government.
Dr Al Qassimi was named Inspirational Woman of the Year at the Arab Woman Awards 2016. She also received the Woman Leader Award in the Community Development Excellence category at the 19th Global Women Leaders' Conference in Dubai, in conjunction with International Women's Day in March 2017.
