In conversation with… RCSI rugby legends, Felipe Contepomi and Niall Hogan

More than 180 Alumni, Members & Fellows gathered in RCSI, Dublin for the second in the new series, ‘In conversation with...' on the 11th October.

RTÉ Radio rugby commentator, Michael Corcoran struck up an engaging discussion with two stars international rugby, Felipe Contepomi (Medicine, Class of 2007), former Leinster Rugby and Argentina international fly-half, and Niall Hogan (Medicine, Class of 1995), former Ireland captain and scrum-half, covering their early years in rugby, how they chose RCSI, their rugby career highlights, and life after hanging up their boots!

‘In conversation with...' series celebrates RCSI Alumni who have been successful, and also highlights the innovative ways graduates have used their degrees from RCSI.

Sheraz Daya (Class of 1984) is the Director of Centre for Sight in the UK, and was the surgeon who restored Katie Piper's vision after her acid attack. Further details are available here
