Visitor Information

All RCSI Alumni are most welcome to continue to access the RCSI Library post-graduation. Alumni Library access includes the use of study spaces as well as books, journals and online resources in RCSI’s two onsite locations, Mercer Library and Beaumont Hospital Library.

To activate your Alumni access, please do the following:

• Email alumni@rcsi.ie at least one working day in advance of your first visit so that we can notify the Library to set you up on their access system.
• On your first visit to the Library post-graduation, please go to the front desk of the Library where you will be issued with an Alumni card for swipe access.

“Walk down memory lane” tours of RCSI are available to be pre-booked every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11am. They must be booked at least 10 working days in advance by emailing alumni@rcsi.ie. Please note your date and preferred time of visit, your full name, contact number, graduation year and number of guests. Tours are subject to availability; a confirmation email will be sent in advance which should be brought with you on the day.

If you don't want a tour, but just wish to pop in, please email alumni@rcsi.ie noting your date and time of visit, your full name, contact number, graduation year and number of guests. A confirmation email will then be issued to you, which you must show to Porters/Security on arrival.

RCSI Travel, established in 1999, is a member of the RCSI group. RCSI Travel's experienced team are available to assist you with all your travel requirements in respect of all RCSI and Alumni events.

- Number of rooms required. Please specify single (1 person) or double (2 people) occupancy
