RCSI Self-Assessment Team (SAT)
A College-wide Athena SWAN self-assessment team (SAT) has been established in preparation for a resubmission for an institutional bronze award in April 2018.
The application is an assessment of gender equality in RCSI’s policies, practices and structures and identifies specific initiatives and action plan to attract and retain women in STEM.
